The Queens Course

Designed by James Braid, the five time British Open winner constructed the shortest of the three courses at Gleneagles in 1917.

Set in picturesque woodland, the Queens course is many golfers affectionate favourite due in part to the shorter length of the course and the surrounding natural beauty of the landscape. Do not the length fool you however, this is still a challenging course.

The holes meander through the springy moorland landscape and the glistening greens are so immaculately manicured, putting is a sheer delight. The Queens course is one of the prettiest golf courses you are likely to encounter and a truly fantastic golf course.
