Sapphire Course

The considerably shorter Sapphire course at Hill Valley, like its sister course opened for play in 1975 and is the creation of design pairing Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas.

Playing to just 4,801 yards, the course is often favoured by those looking for an entertaining short game challenge, without the need for long distance from the tee. The par 66 is not as easy to attain as you may think with pin point accuracy required and tee to green regularity a must.

When both courses are combined over the course of a golf break at Macdonald Hill Valley, the contrasting courses and superb facilities and service make for one of the best value golf breaks available.
