Spey Valley
Designed by iconic course architect Dave Thomas and opened for play in the summer 2006, the moorland course of Spey Valley has matured into one of the finest inland courses in all of Scotland.
The par 72 design stretches out nearly 7,200 yards beautifully combining the woodland, heathland, inland and links landscape, producing a spectacular test of golf within the challenging terrain.
The best word to describe this course is “picturesque” with raised tees offering breath taking views of the Cairngorm Mountains. The signature par 5 fifth hole is an absolute monster, the longest hole in Scotland measuring 635 yards! The course has hosted the European Challenge Tour's Scottish Hydro Challenge since 2009 and is invariably kept in pristine condition.
